Ordering
How long does it take to process my crochet plushie order?
Each plushie is handmade to order by us (my sister and I!). We meticulously craft every piece from scratch with love and attention to detail, which takes 7-10 business days before shipping (it can take more for some creations). During busy periods like holidays, orders may take a few extra days - we'll let you know via email if there are any delays.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Yes! You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After that, we've likely already started working on your plushie, so cancellations won't be possible.
Do you offer custom orders?
It depends! If you're interested in special quantities, custom colors, or specific requests, please contact us directly. We'll work with you to see if we can bring your vision to life and create something perfect just for you with the models we propose.
For bulk orders (10+ items or more): A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order and cover materials.
This deposit is not an extra fee, it's a portion of your total that's paid upfront. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Deposits are non-refundable as they cover materials purchased and time invested, whether or not you complete the purchase.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
We're based in Florida and ship all packages via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Orders over $200 USD are automatically shipped with insurance for your protection.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order! Once we ship your item, we can't change the delivery address and there is nothing we can do at that point. If you notice an error before we ship, message us immediately so we can correct it.
Should a package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will result in new shipping charges (which will be the responsibility of the buyer) or it will be refunded (minus shipping costs). We cannot offer replacements for customer errors unless the original package/product(s) are returned to us. We are not responsible for the package after it is out of our hands, but we are happy to help should any issues arise.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know we've received it. Once your plushie is finished and shipped, you'll receive another email with your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to you. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their government, these charges are entirely out of our control and are not included in your order total. Any packages refused or returned due to non-payment of customs fees will be refunded minus original shipping and packaging costs.
Please note: International shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing times.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
We're not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping, that's between you and the carrier. However, we're happy to help you through the claims process! If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, file a claim with USPS right away. Save all packaging materials and take photos of any damage before filing your claim.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns: NOT accepted. Each plushie is handmade to order specifically for you.
Exchanges: We don't offer exchanges for buyer's remorse, but we absolutely want you to be happy! If you receive the wrong item or there's a quality issue, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
Damages: Inspect your plushie as soon as it arrives. If there's any damage or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
European Union customers: If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt (excluding custom orders). Your crochet plushie must be in the same condition you received it, brand new, unused, free from any odors (smoke, perfume, food, etc.), in original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns that show signs of use or have been exposed to odors. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my crochet plushie?
Your new cute crochet plushie may arrive a bit squished from shipping, give it some gentle squeezes to reshape it!
Cleaning
- Spot clean when needed with a damp cloth
- If full washing is necessary: hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then air dry completely
- Never put your plushie in the dryer
- Some minor yarn shedding is normal
Maintenance
- If a yarn tail pokes through, don't panic! Just gently push it back through the stitches to hide it
- All yarn ends are securely fastened, so your plushie won't unravel
Safety
- Your plushie is well-made and durable, but it's not indestructible
- Features plastic safety eyes which are a choking hazard
- Not recommended for rough play or children under 3 years old
