Cozimyco is a small, family-run handmade business based in Florida, specializing in premium kawaii crochet plushies and cozy items. Our items are meticulously handcrafted with love using traditional Japanese amigurumi techniques, ultra-soft chenille and velvet yarns, and premium materials.

Colors may appear slightly different on different screens and devices

Pricing

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is only accepted when we begin crafting your item.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
You will pay all charges incurred using your payment method

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Personal Use

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After this window, we've likely already started working on your item, and cancellations will not be possible.

Modifications: Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the product, shipping address, or other order details after 1 hour. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing and Shipping

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order and require 7-10 business days for processing before shipping. Processing time begins the day after your order is placed and does not include shipping transit time.

During busy periods such as holidays, orders may take additional time. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email to keep you updated.

Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or UPS from Florida. Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and package weight, and will be displayed at checkout.

Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once your item has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, it will result in new shipping charges (your responsibility) or a refund minus all shipping and packaging costs.

Custom Orders

We may accept custom order requests at our discretion. Custom orders are subject to availability, complexity, and our current workload.

How to Request a Custom Order

Description of your item idea (if you're customizing one of our existing designs, please let us know which one)
Desired size (mini/regular/jumbo)
Your budget range
Optional: If needed by a certain date

Custom Order Policy

Important: Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee acceptance. All custom orders are up to our discretion based on feasibility, materials, and time constraints.

Deposits: If we accept your custom order request, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before we begin work. This deposit:

Covers materials purchased and time invested
Is not an additional fee, it's a portion of your total order cost paid upfront
Is subtracted from the cost of the finished item
Cannot be refunded once work has begun, whether or not you complete the purchase

The remaining balance is due before shipping.

We require deposits to protect our small business from wasted time and materials. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

However, we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive the wrong item or there's a quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

Product Safety

Some of our crochet plushies feature plastic safety eyes, which are a choking hazard.
